Construction Update
Princeton Rise Homes - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
20 New homes are under construction at Princeton Rise. The house-floor slabs were poured mid-February and plumbing and in-ground services laid. Starting in March, the next stage of constructions involves the timeber framing and services installation.
The Princeton Rise homes are due for completion in the third quarter of 2010.
Lochmore Apartments - COMPLETE
The 91 Lochmore Apartments are complete and MAB looks forward to welcoming the new residents to University Hill from March.
Princeton Park - EXPANDS
MAB is preparting to commence landscape and construction works for Stage 2 of Princeton Park, which upon completion will offer over one hectare of open space.
The park will create a walking path and connection from the Wetlands to the Town Centre. Stage 2 works are due to commence late in the first quarter 2010 and completion is expected by mid-2010.
Business Park South - SOLD OUT
University Hill welcomes Porter Davis Homes who will construct a 1,750m2 purpose built office building which should be ready for occupation late 2010.
Northway Honda is now under construction and is the newest car dealership to both the City of Whittlesea and University Hill, complimenting the Doncaster BMW Dealership within the community.

20 Enterprise Drive Office Building - SOLD OUT
MAB's latest office building for small to medium business is now fully sold with only a few suites remaining for lease.
