Business is Booming at University Hill

1/06/2010 $15 million addition to the business hub of the North.

A third office is proposed for University Hill, known as 240 Uni Hill. This $15 million project offers businesses unparalleled amenities and technologies, environmentally sensitive design, and a community appeal often lost in business parks and inner city locations.

Spanning 4,200 sqm over four levels, the building will provide excellent employee facilities, such as undercover and groundlevel car parking for approximately 165 cars, dedicated bicycle storage, change rooms, showers, and locker facilities.

The project will attract organisations in need of large floor space. Richard Johnston, MAB's General Manager Commercial Industrial said, "We are looking for an organisation that could potentially occupy a whole floor or the majority of the building. In the past we have catered for small and medium businesses however, our sales and leasing figures show there are organisations in the area requiring larger spaces."

Building naming rights could also be offered to a majority occupant that would give their business considerable branding exposure along Plenty Road.

Richard Johnston added, "University Hill has experienced rapid growth over the past three years and the commercial office sector has been a huge success. It offers services including childcare, banking, shopping, cafes and fresh food, as well as the recently announced Australia Post store which provides business occupants with all the key ingredients to be successful for many years to come."

High-profile local, national and international companies have already established themselves at University Hill. Government departments such as VicRoads and CRS Australia, and private enterprises like Continental, Primus Australia, Westpac Bank, and Coles are all here in this newgeneration business environment.
