MAB welcomes our first residents at University Hill following the recent completion of the highly anticipated Florey Apartments in July 2009.

The urban design of University Hill places a strong emphasis on integrating the residential areas into the natural landscape with its mature elms, oaks, eucalypts, red gums and wetlands. The residential precinct is close to University Hill's new Town Centre, including a town square, Brand Junction retail centre, Coles Supermarket, restaurants and dedicated community facilities, including Pelican Childcare centre and Genesis gym.
