Cold Rock is derived from a concept originated in Boston USA in the mid 1970's when Steve of Steve's Ice Cream mixed Oreo cookies into an ice cream for his daughter.  Several customers saw this and asked for the same.

The concept has evolved to a point where in Australia they have a refigerated granite slab called "The Cold Rock" where you can create thousands of different ice cream combinations.

To create your very own ice cream treat, simply choose from Cold Rock's range of premium and low fat ice cream, gelato and sorbet flavours and then select your favourite chocolates, lollies, fruit and nuts and watch your creation be mixed and smashed on the cool "Cold Rock".
